They are late all the time, offer no refunds of any kind (unlike airlines), even if you have to spend the night at the train station, and their prices are four to five times as much as gas would cost for the same distances. They rise their prices on the first day of every new year, and still don't pay their train drivers nearly enough. If you're travelling and your train is delayed, you have to either stand around in one of the stores, or sit outside in the cold, because there are no benches or anything where it's warm. You suck, train delays! Now that Crhistmas is over and there's none of the aforementioned activities to look forward to.... it just SUCKS! Buying a used car from a Dealership said billyb on 1/3/2009 11:45:31 AM twice we've gotten screwed - first time the car turned out to be a stolen vehichle (from a MAJOR dealership) second time the car had undisclosed bodywork done. Each situation was satisfactorily ironed out - but WHAT a PAIN IN THE BUTT!!!!! (not to mention the second time they tried to screw us out of $1000 with something that they thought we'd overlook!!!!
