- Mobile phone operators have poor customer service and unwilling to accept that their services suck. Us customers suck for not rallying together to demand more or better service from them for what we pay. Each one of these companies lock us in to two year contracts then commence to abusing us...and then there is nothing we can do. THEY SUCK!
