- What are they up to now? Moving their corporate HQ to Dubai? These are the same guys whose subsidiary, KBR, has consistently been caught cheating the military on contracts in Iraq; they're spinning off KBR, but given all the contracts it's gotten in and around Iraq, KBR's probably worth ten times what Halliburton paid for it -- so they win again. And let's face it, Halliburton's probably best off getting out of Dodge while Cheney's still in the White House and can afford them a little cover...
