Garfield so sucks. I think of him more as a franchising opportunity than a true comic strip -- check the website, it should be called The Home of Garfield, the Whore For Any Product You Can Slap My Fat, Lazy Hairball Face On. For the way cats ought to be treated in comics, try Pooch Cafe; alternatively, for a cat encompassing all the bitterness (and some of the craziness) any cat could hope for, Get Fuzzy.

- Garfield does not suck.(note the "period"). I often agree with Jim on a lot of things (i've been here since the beginning and am quite amused by your anger), but I just can't let this go by man. And ironically, I do not like real cats, but GARFIELD??? What's not to love? I think he represents all the bitterness in this superficial world, and does a fine job at making me, atleast, laugh at the pettiness. Give the fat, lazy furball another chance Jim, ii bet you 2 would have a lot to chat about!
