  • Well, most of the time it's roadkill -- at least it was in the early 1990's, when I was there as guest of the government. The economy was so bad that the only animals used for food died of old age or from the crazyass drivers screaming around the roads at insane rates of speed. I still have a click in my jaw from the time I chewed on an old piece of beef and dislocated it.
