- People just buy hummers to show how rich they are. Meanwhile, the rest of us know that they are assholes guzzling up gas and destroying the environment.

- I like to leave notes on their windshields (as long as i have someone to BOOST me up!!), reminding them that everyone has to do their part to conserve fuel, and that maybe it's not necessary to 'run errands' in the gas-guzzler. It's like using a huge jet to fly 1 person someplace....hey, wait a minute....

- And yet they keep building them. Keeps the people with investments in oil very happy. And probably most of them are leased.

- People that have Hummers only want to show their cash. In this day and age, you never need a vehicle like that to get around. It is a total status symbol for the rich. %$#( them. We do not live in a combat zone (yet...but maybe under George Bush's regime) anyway.... we have no terrain that would ever need this vehicle, other than an asshole that has too much money, (or pretends to). I hate people in Hummers.
