- Not only does schlepping 30 different cards around suck, but the rewards aren't all that good either! My Borders reward card only gives me mini-discounts, and then limits them to three or four days ten days or so from now! Talk about confusing! I buy a book today, and I can get 20 percent off LIST price on another book on Thursday through Sunday 12 days from now. When the hell is that? How can I plan my book needs around a 20 percent discount? Yesterday morning, I pulled out one of those things, and found it had been good for Thursday through Sunday -- yesterday was Monday, dammit, and I'd lost the discount. Cripes. Gimme a little more flexibility, will ya?

- It sucks that in order to qualify for customer incentives you have to carry a bunch of cards in your wallet or you can be fasionable and let the world know where you shop and put the little tags on your keys! I have a separate key chain for all mine . . . never leave home without it!!! There has got to be a better, more descrete and less cumbersome way to provide discounts to loyal customers.
